How much would it cost for my lawn?
This question is asked often and is not answered easily. What a customer would expect to be charged depends on the lot size, the shape of the lot, the degree of difficulty (hills, walls, gates, trees and other obstacles) and the overall condition of the lawn. Very rarely do we provide an estimate without seeing your property and hearing your concerns and vision moving forward. Our minimum charge is $40 per application.
How long until my pet can go back on the lawn?
Most herbicide labels say that it is safe to return to the lawn after the product has dried. This is due to the fact that the product can be absorbed through the skin when wet. When dry, the absorption does not happen.
Should I mow before an application?
Most herbicide labels suggest not mowing two days before and two days after. Will this be a deal breaker and require rescheduling? No.

What is a pre emergent?
A pre emergent is a product that is typically applied in the first step of the lawn care program in the spring. This is typically done from the last week of March through the first couple weeks of April. The product is intended to work after it has been watered in by .25-.5” of rainfall or irrigation. It creates an invisible barrier over your lawn that prevents weeds from growing.
Does your Company Warranty overseeding projects?
Is overseed warranted?
No. Seed is not warranted. We can only control the amount applied per thousand square feet and the application method. We cannot control any other natural environmental condition or property owner cultural practices that occur once the service is complete. Common circumstances may include but are not limited to weather of any kind, over watering or under watering either by natural water or irrigation (amounts and timing), temperature, pets, other living animals, human foot traffic, mowing, trimming or other turf, plant or landscape projects performed during or after a completed service by a property owner or other servicer.
Do you only treat lawns?
In addition to our core service of lawn care, we can also do pre and post emergent treatments for landscape beds, gravel parking lots, gravel, brick or stone driveways, patios and outdoor spaces. If you are interested in this service or are unsure if we would serve your particular needs please reach out and we will get you an answer.
